Description
Synopsys is hiring a Principal Program Manager, Enterprise AI Strategy & Governance to lead and scale enterprise AI governance across generative AI, large language models, agentic AI, third-party solutions, and internal AI applications. The role establishes intake, evaluation, approval, monitoring, risk, compliance, intellectual property, privacy, and lifecycle processes; partners with legal, cybersecurity, compliance, procurement, engineering, product, IT, and business stakeholders; operationalizes frameworks such as NIST AI RMF and ISO/IEC 42001; supports AI adoption, workforce enablement, governance metrics, and executive reporting; and contributes to AI ecosystem partnerships. The role is onsite in Bangalore and requires regular collaboration with US-based teams.
