Description
Synopsys is hiring a GTM Technology Program Manager to manage end-to-end delivery of revenue-growth platform programs involving Salesforce, Anaplan, Clari, CPQ, campaign management, opportunity and lead management, and customer master data. The role coordinates IT, Sales Operations, business process owners, and GTM leadership; runs agile ceremonies; maintains roadmaps, budgets, risks, and dependencies; improves data quality and governance; and identifies automation and AI opportunities. It requires 10+ years of program or project management experience, hands-on GTM systems experience, agile delivery expertise, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. The position is based in North Carolina and is not eligible for remote work, with a base salary of $164,000–$246,000.
