NTT DATA AIVista, Inc. is hiring a Program Manager in Palo Alto on a hybrid basis to support and scale internal operations across HR, Finance, and other corporate functions while driving the adoption of agentified workflows. The role coordinates cross-functional programs, manages employee lifecycle and finance operations, supports compliance and audit readiness, and identifies and implements AI-enabled workflows across internal teams. Candidates need at least five years of relevant program management, business operations, finance operations, HR operations, Chief of Staff, or related experience, along with strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. The position offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k), HSA contributions, paid holidays, and flexible PTO, with an estimated annual base salary of $120,000–$170,000 USD plus variable compensation.
