Bascom Hunter is hiring an experienced Program Manager to lead end-to-end defense and aerospace programs from capture through delivery. The role manages scope, schedule, budget, quality, customers, internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders; participates in proposal development; and ensures compliance with FAR/DFARS, export controls, and quality systems. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or higher, 1–3 years of program management experience in defense, aerospace, or government contracting, multidisciplinary leadership experience, strong communication and customer-facing skills, and U.S. citizenship. It is onsite in O’Fallon, Missouri, with compensation commensurate with experience.
