Creation Technologies is hiring an entry-level Program Manager 1 to manage basic customer accounts and coordinate operational and service requirements across cross-functional teams. The role covers program scope and requirements, performance monitoring, customer deliverables, budget and forecasting support, quality and issue escalation, problem-solving, customer communication, and mentoring interns. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, at least two years of relevant operational or program management experience, knowledge of NPI and lean principles, MS Office proficiency, and strong organizational and communication skills. Travel may be required up to 10%.
