The Information and Communication Technology Council is hiring a full-time Program Manager for its Capacity Building & Innovation team. The role manages a one-year workforce development program, including program planning, budgets, timelines, delivery partners, employer and stakeholder engagement, reporting, evaluation, and team leadership. It requires 5–7 years of relevant program management, workforce development, economic development, or related experience, along with a post-secondary degree and strong organizational, communication, stakeholder, and people-management skills. The position is remote in Ontario and pays CAD 85,000–110,000.
