Description
The Program Manager oversees the implementation and maintenance of functional business programs, leading scope definition, roadmaps, planning, scheduling, resource allocation, risk mitigation, stakeholder management, status reporting, and program execution. The role also supports scalable program frameworks, process improvements, organizational change management, and cross-functional collaboration. It is an individual-contributor role with little day-to-day instruction and accepts applications for at least three calendar days from the posting date or until the job remains posted.
