Description
Northrop Grumman is hiring a Program Manager 3 for the OneSat Solar Array Production Program at its Oxnard, California facility. The role leads a cross-functional Integrated Program Team through qualification, low-rate initial production, full-rate production, and contract closeout, managing cost, schedule, technical performance, customer relationships, contracts, budgets, resources, suppliers, risks, and program baselines. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least 8 years of project or technical lead experience supporting customers, at least 5 years of program management experience, and U.S. citizenship; familiarity with space deployable solar arrays and Earned Value Management is preferred. The primary salary range is $193,000 to $289,600, with possible overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonus, and health insurance benefits.
