Oracle is hiring a Principal Program Manager to oversee the planning, execution, operational readiness, governance, and delivery of strategic AI infrastructure and GPU programs. The role coordinates cross-functional and external stakeholders, manages concurrent initiatives and complex dependencies, establishes program operating mechanisms and reporting frameworks, and drives continuous improvement across engineering, cloud, networking, data center, observability, and hardware partner organizations. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant discipline, at least seven years of program or technical project management experience, and strong analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills; AI infrastructure and GPU experience is preferred. The role offers a US hiring range of $90,100 to $209,500 per annum, with possible bonus and equity, and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
