Oracle is hiring a Principal Technical Program Manager to own the strategy, planning, and execution of complex, multi-quarter technical programs for the Fleet Management and Workload Orchestration platform. The role partners with engineering, architecture, operations, capacity, and infrastructure teams to translate priorities into executable plans, manage technical dependencies and risks, drive production-ready delivery, and improve platform capabilities. It requires at least eight years of relevant technical program management experience, strong cloud and distributed-systems knowledge, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. The role offers a US hiring range of $90,100 to $209,500 per annum, with possible bonus and equity, and includes medical, dental, and vision insurance.
