Oracle is hiring a Principal Program Manager for its Oracle Operations organization to lead complex, cross-organizational programs that improve operational effectiveness, support product strategy, and strengthen vendor and partner relationships. The role involves defining program strategy and governance, coordinating engineering, product, support, security, finance, procurement, and external partners, managing risks and dependencies, building executive reporting, and driving continuous improvement.
