Expression is hiring an experienced Program Manager in Washington, DC to lead the JPES and JCRM Sustainment Program for DISA's Global Force Management PMO. The role is responsible for overall contract execution and leadership across Agile software sustainment, infrastructure operations, cybersecurity, system administration, DevSecOps, and Tier III support, ensuring delivery of contract requirements, releases, and operational support on schedule and within budget. The position requires a Secret clearance, a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least 10 years of relevant federal IT/program management experience, and PMP certification.
