Description
The Program Manager leads strategic planning and the personnel, operational, financial, quality, compliance, and service management of cross-departmental healthcare programs or projects. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in nursing, current Texas professional nursing licensure or permit, four years of RN experience including two years of progressive management experience, and applicable specialty certification. Cardiology, structural heart procedures, abstraction, attention to detail, and three years of leadership are preferred.
