Description
The Program Manager will support the Metropolitan Transportation Authority at 2 Broadway, New York, in a 12-month hybrid role requiring three days onsite and two days remote. Responsibilities include developing and monitoring transformational initiatives, improving IT processes and operational efficiency, conducting process and operational reviews, preparing business cases, tracking priorities, and supporting change management. The role requires at least 10 years of business experience, Lean certification or Six Sigma training, project management experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Visio; an MBA is preferred and government-agency experience is a plus.
