Ontario Health is hiring a strategic, collaborative Program Manager for the West Region in Ontario to lead planning, design, and implementation of complex performance, accountability, and funding allocation improvement frameworks. The role focuses on regional health system performance, risk management, change management, communications, investment decision support, dashboards and reporting, and coordination across Ontario Health to improve outcomes, accountability, and consistency across health service providers. It is a permanent full-time position based in Ontario and requires advanced program management, strong analytical and communication skills, and substantial experience leading large program implementations.
