Description
The Engineering Program Manager will lead complex, mission-critical programs in the medical and aviation security sectors, managing scope, schedules, budgets, requirements, risks, and cross-functional teams from concept through delivery. The role partners with business development, sales, engineering, product, supply chain, manufacturing, and other stakeholders to deliver reliable solutions on time and within budget. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field, at least eight years of relevant experience including three to five years leading programs or projects in a mixed hardware/software environment, and must meet U.S. Person requirements.
