Description
Autism Learning Partners is hiring a Specialized Program Manager in Hanford, California to design and oversee clinical programs, develop intervention plans, track client progress, write reports, conduct assessments, provide parent education and consultation, and supervise behavior technicians. The role requires enrollment in or completion of a relevant master’s program, at least 12 ABA graduate units, and 2–3 years of Applied Behavior Analysis experience. Compensation is $27.00–$35.50 per hour plus a potential $35,000+ bonus in the first three years, with hybrid care, healthcare benefits, retirement matching, paid time off, and BCBA exam support.
