Developmental Pathways is hiring a full-time Program Manager to manage client caseloads and supervise Behavior Therapists, RBTs, and BCBA candidates. The role includes conducting assessments and individualized ABA programming, managing contracts and data, providing clinical supervision, and collaborating with BCBAs. Candidates must have a master's degree, complete four BACB postgraduate courses, hold a valid California driver's license and reliable transportation, and pass an FBI/DOJ clearance and background check. The position is based in an Orange County office, offers hybrid and telehealth options, and pays $65,000–$70,000 annually.
