Axon is hiring a Program Manager, Adoption & Enablement to own adoption and enablement programs for the Axon Fusus platform across internal and external audiences. The role combines program ownership with instructor-led training, curriculum development, quality assurance, deployment validation, post-deployment sustainment, and customer escalation support. It is remote within the Central United States, with Dallas, Austin, or the greater Chicago metro areas listed as work locations, and requires 50%–80% travel. The base pay range is $131,250–$210,000 USD, with medical, dental, and vision plans among the benefits.
