Axon is hiring a Program Manager, Adoption & Enablement to own adoption and enablement programs for the Axon Fusus platform across internal and external audiences. The role combines program management with instructor-led training, curriculum development, quality assurance, deployment validation, post-deployment sustainment support, and customer-facing enablement. It is hybrid and based at Axon hub sites in Atlanta, Boston, Scottsdale, or the Seattle metro area, with 50%–80% travel. The base pay range is $131,250–$210,000 USD, with medical, dental, and vision plans and other benefits.
