Pacific Coast Community Resources is hiring a Program Manager to support people with diverse abilities and complex behaviours in a family-centred home environment. The role oversees program delivery, planning, organizational leadership, community liaison work, special projects, multidisciplinary teams, recruitment, orientation, scheduling, evaluation, and conflict resolution. Candidates need a relevant degree, 3–5 years of health management experience, knowledge of Aboriginal operational standards and provincial, federal, and Indigenous organizations, First Aid and CPR certification, seizure and diabetes management knowledge, a satisfactory physician assessment, criminal record clearance, and a valid Class 4 driver’s licence. The position offers a salary of $69,000–$90,000 per year and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
