FLIPANY is hiring a full-time Program Manager – Afterschool & Summer Camps to coordinate and oversee afterschool and summer camp programming in Broward and Miami-Dade Counties. The role supports program launch, staffing, licensing, compliance, reporting, family engagement, and seasonal oversight, including onsite support and occasional evening or weekend availability. Candidates need a Level 2 background screening, an active Director Credential, a Florida driver’s license, access to a reliable vehicle, and 2–4 years of relevant experience; a bachelor’s degree is preferred. Compensation is $52,000–$56,000.
