Description
The Combat Rescue Helicopter Program Manager will lead the cost, schedule, technical execution, risk, change, and program management of the Combat Rescue Helicopter program across development and production. Reporting to the Program Director, the role owns program planning, customer relationships, earned-value and program metrics, contract and source-selection decisions, financial performance, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination. The position requires substantial experience with large-scale rotary-wing programs, capture and program management, obsolescence and contracting, and financial performance; a master’s degree in business or engineering is desired. The full-time salary range is $166,900 to $309,900, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
