Description

GKN Aerospace is hiring a Program Manager for its Alabama account to lead open New Product Implementation (NPI) projects through Lifecycle Gate 7.0, ensuring delivery within time, quality, budget, and contractual requirements. The role partners closely with the NPI team, Site Operations Director, and Program Director, manages KPI reporting, risk mitigation, project planning, and deployment of program management standards, and contributes to affordability, productivity, and growth initiatives within the Operations Management team.

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field
Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years of relevant business experience in program/project management, finance, and lean principles
