Amazon is hiring a Program Manager to own end-to-end roadmaps for the Amazon Flex Delivery Partner pickup experience, with a focus on quality and process improvement. The role partners with finance, marketing, operations, engineering, and program management teams; develops and oversees reports; manages performance indicators; monitors project execution; resolves ambiguities; and mitigates risks. The position requires a bachelor's degree, at least three years of program or project management experience, three years of data- and metrics-driven process improvement experience, advanced Excel and SQL knowledge, and cross-functional experience. Preferred qualifications include end-to-end delivery experience, stakeholder management, process improvement, scheduling, and PMP certification. The role may require travel up to 25% and offers base salaries ranging from $74,200 to $142,800 annually depending on location, along with health insurance and other benefits.
