Amazon is hiring a Program Manager for Amazon Flex New Business to develop and launch new business opportunities using the Flex delivery partner network. The role partners with finance, marketing, capacity management, data science, engineering, and program management; supports new product and program launches; and makes resource trade-offs while aligning leadership on priorities. Candidates need a bachelor's degree, at least three years of program or project management experience, cross-functional experience, process improvement experience, advanced Excel and SQL knowledge, and fluent English proficiency.
