Amazon is hiring a Program Manager for its Amazon Freight Program team to define, design, launch, and manage products and programs that improve the external shipping experience. The role owns requirements gathering, stakeholder collaboration, performance monitoring, defect reduction, continuous improvement, long-term roadmaps, shipper studies, and end-to-end operational and customer-satisfaction processes. Candidates need at least three years of program or project management, cross-functional, process-improvement, and logistics experience, a bachelor's degree, advanced Excel and SQL knowledge, and experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
