Amazon Freight Partner is hiring a Program Manager to lead the electrification of Amazon’s worldwide middle-mile transportation. The role owns the weekly business review and metrics for the existing BET fleet, manages deployment of new zero-emission vehicles across Europe, builds business cases, coordinates cross-business due diligence, and helps shape the BET expansion roadmap. Responsibilities include supporting AFP carriers, managing driver-type changes, transitioning to variable consumption-based payments, and monitoring project execution and customer feedback. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, program or project management experience, data and metrics expertise, cross-functional project delivery experience, and occasional domestic and international travel.
