Description

Amazon.com is hiring a Program Manager- Cross Border Carrier Management for its Cross Border Exports Logistics team. The role develops optimized ground- and air-transport processes for exports to connected countries, manages customs and last-mile delivery, analyzes performance data, and drives continuous improvement across cross-functional teams and logistics service providers. Candidates need program or project management experience, process-improvement expertise, advanced Excel and SQL knowledge, and English and Mandarin Chinese communication skills; international logistics, cross-border transportation, and U.S. Customs experience are preferred.
