Description
The Program Manager - Analytics leads integrated program management and data analytics for complex healthcare programs and initiatives. The role oversees program planning, execution, performance, risks, resources, and delivery while managing healthcare, operational, and programmatic data; developing dashboards, reports, and analytical products; and translating findings into recommendations for program leadership and federal stakeholders. The position requires a master’s degree, at least 10 years of progressively responsible program management experience, at least 8 years of data management and analytics experience, PMP or similar certification, federal government client experience, and knowledge of VHA data systems.
