Description

Hubexo is hiring a Program Manager & Delivery Lead to lead the Manila-based PMO and govern enterprise IT projects while delivering strategic transformation initiatives across APAC. The role covers CRM and ERP implementations, project governance, risk and issue management, resource planning, stakeholder reporting, and end-to-end delivery through hypercare. It requires 12+ years of enterprise IT project or program management experience, including ERP and CRM implementations, cross-functional team leadership, and multi-region rollouts. The position offers a hybrid work setup.

Required Previous Experiences: 12+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Program Manager, PMO Lead, or Delivery Lead in enterprise IT
Experience managing ERP, CRM, or enterprise platform implementations and rollouts
Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional resources
Experience managing and delivering multi-region program rollouts across North America and APAC
Hands-on PMO experience with governance, risk management, issue tracking, and reporting
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SmartSheet or similar project management platforms
Exposure to global or regional transformation programs across APAC
