Applied Technology Services is hiring a hybrid Project/Program Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of cross-functional technology-evaluation programs, including laboratory and field testing and analysis services. The role focuses on program governance, KPI and performance monitoring, budget management, stakeholder alignment, process standardization, and integration with enterprise data systems. Candidates must live within PG&E’s service territory, hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and have at least three years of job-related experience.
