Amazon is hiring an Apprenticeship Program Manager to own the end-to-end apprentice experience across multiple countries, from onboarding through conversion to full-time employment. The role manages cohort planning, training-provider relationships, government compliance and funding documentation, programme health and reporting, and scalable digital workflows. It requires at least five years of program or project management experience and experience owning programme strategy and delivering results to senior leadership.
