ASRI is recruiting a Program Manager to support the Potomac River Test Range contract for the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division. The role manages personnel, recruiting, contracts, compliance, program controls, financial tracking, reporting, customer relations, and strategic business development. It requires a bachelor’s degree or higher, at least 10 years of technical or management experience related to major combat weapon systems, at least 6 years of program or project management and leadership experience, U.S. citizenship, and a security clearance.
