Flex is hiring a Program Management Manager to lead cross-functional teams and manage product development, pricing, program strategies, budgets, schedules, customer relationships, and project deliverables. The role is based at the Guadalajara North Campus and reports to the Program Management Manager. It requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, previous program management experience, manufacturing and customer service experience, strong financial and forecasting knowledge, and advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
