The role manages customer requirements, schedules, budgets, financial performance, project plans, compliance, technical issues, and customer communication, while advising lower-level project managers. Candidates need a related bachelor’s degree, production-floor experience, electrical-products experience, CFT communication experience, P&L knowledge, English and Spanish communication skills, teamwork, proactivity, and knowledge of technical manufacturing processes.
