The role coordinates compliance, project schedules, budgets, financial performance, customer requirements, technical support, and project profitability, while communicating with customers, senior management, and cross-functional teams. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in administration or a related field, program management experience, strong English and Spanish communication skills, knowledge of P&L, WIF, FOL, QvA, quotes, and NPI, and experience with demanding clients.
