9th Way Insignia is hiring a Program Manager to lead the Office of Performance Analysis and Integrity team that manages and enhances the Veterans Benefits Administration Enterprise Data Warehouse. The role oversees service delivery teams, contractual deliverables, project plans, budgets, customer communication, risk management, reporting, and the development of junior Project Managers. Requirements include a master's degree or equivalent experience, 15+ years of technical project management experience including one year of program management, PMP certification, data warehousing familiarity, security clearance eligibility, and U.S. work authorization. The salary range is $106,292 to $150,000 USD, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
