9th Way Insignia is hiring a Program Manager to lead programmatic execution, performance, customer coordination, and technical management support for the Department of Veterans Affairs’ CORP Service Line. The role manages approximately 170 products across acquisition, property, financial, human capital, and other product lines, overseeing schedules, risks, staffing, financial reporting, quality, stakeholder communications, and cross-functional delivery. The position requires substantial federal IT program management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with Agile, DevSecOps, and VA governance processes. Compensation is $125,000–$150,000 USD, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
