Description
The Program Manager will lead the delivery and governance of Security Operations Center services, serving as the primary interface with OCIO and CISO leadership. The role oversees SOC operations, forensics, logging, coordination, staffing, compliance, risk mitigation, quality assurance, incident escalation, continuous improvement, and 24/7 operational readiness, while managing contractor personnel. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least 10 years of cybersecurity or SOC operations program management experience, federal cybersecurity experience, and TS/DOE Q clearance; a master’s degree and PMP or equivalent certification are preferred.
