ActioNet is hiring a Program Manager to lead large-scale base infrastructure modernization across multiple Department of War installations. The role oversees NIPR and SIPR network modernization, including site surveys, legacy augmentation, infrastructure upgrades, system integration, cutover operations, risk and quality management, cybersecurity compliance, and contractual reporting. The Program Manager coordinates with Government PMO, Air National Guard Communications Squadrons, and subcontractors, requires frequent CONUS travel, and must hold a DoW Secret Security Clearance, a bachelor’s degree, and at least five years of relevant experience. The salary range is up to $270,000, with medical, dental, and vision insurance among the benefits.
