Active Dynamics is hiring an experienced Program Manager for its Toronto team to lead customer and internal programs from launch through production. The role coordinates engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, and customer stakeholders; manages risk, scope, timelines, resources, budgets, governance, and program performance; and serves as the primary contact for customer line trials. It is an individual-contributor, servant-leader position with responsibility for mentoring program staff and supporting global product industrialization. The posting requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, business, project management, or a related field, PMP certification, and at least five years of program, project, or launch management experience in manufacturing, with a salary of CAD 80,000–105,000.
