Description
AcuityMD is hiring a Program Manager to oversee implementation and ongoing success for its largest and most strategic enterprise and strategic customers. The role partners with sales, solutions engineering, customer success, engineering, and customer stakeholders to scope and sell services, manage complex implementation programs, configure and test the AcuityMD platform, coordinate integrations, resolve escalations, and develop enterprise playbooks. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, at least 10 years of customer-facing experience, and 5+ years leading large-scale technical implementation programs; healthcare and enterprise SaaS experience are required, while medtech or biotech experience is preferred. The position offers full-remote flexibility for employees in the United States and a base salary of $170,000-$240,000.
