Description
Amazon is hiring a Program Manager to own the vision, roadmap, and end-to-end execution of its Preventive Maintenance strategy for the Middle Mile fleet. The role will define multi-year maintenance cadence and compliance targets, improve reliability metrics, balance PM workload with shop capacity, build AI-driven reliability tooling, hold vendors and OEMs accountable, and align Operations, Finance, Capital Planning, vendor networks, and senior leadership. The position requires at least five years of program or project management experience, data-driven improvement experience, and experience owning program strategy and delivery. It is available in Nashville, Tennessee; Arlington, Virginia; and Bellevue, Washington, with base salaries ranging from $104,100 to $160,000 annually depending on location.
