Amazon Worldwide Returns & ReCommerce is hiring a Program Manager to own operational programs and process-improvement initiatives for its ReLo Ops Integration team. The role involves scoping, designing, and implementing operational capabilities, reducing costs through performance efficiencies, establishing standard operating procedures, building field tools and dashboards, tracking success metrics, and collaborating with product, program, software, and operations stakeholders. Candidates need at least three years of program or project management experience, three years of data- and metrics-driven process improvement experience, advanced Excel and SQL knowledge, and cross-functional experience. The position offers base salaries of $66,800 to $116,800 annually in Shepherdsville, Kentucky, and $74,200 to $129,800 annually in Horn Lake, Mississippi, and Dallas, Texas.
