Amazon is hiring a Program Manager to manage high-priority issues for Global Fleet and Products. The role creates issue-management policies, processes, and standards; guides program and product managers through issue resolution; analyzes root causes; partners with leadership and technology teams; develops customer responses; and ensures solutions are implemented. The position requires at least five years of program or project management experience, experience using data and metrics, and experience owning program strategy and end-to-end delivery. It is based in Bellevue, Washington, with a base salary of $115,600 to $160,000 annually.
