Description
Amazon Workplace Health and Safety Operational Excellence is hiring a Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional safety improvement programs from strategy through execution. The role owns program roadmaps, KPI reporting, budgets, risk mitigation, stakeholder coordination, and communication with senior leadership, while partnering with internal teams, customers, and engineering groups. Candidates need at least five years of program or project management experience, a bachelor's degree, and experience with data-driven improvement, cross-functional delivery, and senior leadership communication. The position may require up to 25% travel and is available in Nashville, Tennessee; Arlington, Virginia; and Bellevue, Washington.
