Description
Twitch is hiring a Program Manager to serve as an individual contributor on the People Engagement & Performance team. The role owns end-to-end management of employee engagement programs, including the new employee experience, tenure recognition, mentorship, Twitch Clubs, company-wide listening, and the annual Purple Pulse Engagement Survey. Responsibilities include coordinating distributed workforces, managing vendor relationships, modernizing programs with AI-enabled automation, defining success metrics, and mitigating risks. The position requires at least four years of program or project management experience, cross-functional collaboration, end-to-end program ownership, vendor management, and experience using data and AI.
