Fauna Robotics is hiring a Program Manager to own and scale the go-to-market operational backbone, from customer inquiry through quoting, contracting, onboarding, and fulfillment. The role coordinates sales, product, legal, procurement, and customer-facing teams; standardizes and automates the CRM, order management, and deal processes; manages the customer pipeline and reporting; and oversees vendor and customer onboarding. Candidates need at least three years of program or project management experience and five years in sales, revenue operations, deal desk, or business operations, along with CRM, automation, contracting, and cross-functional experience. The position is based in New York, United States, with a base salary of $81,600 to $142,800 annually.
