Amazon is seeking a Program Manager to lead delivery speed growth initiatives for External Fulfillment. The role owns the delivery speed roadmap, analyzes large-scale performance data, coordinates business and operations teams, evaluates trade-offs, supports strategic planning, and maintains governance for initiatives spanning seller onboarding, order tracking, transportation network design, and last-mile delivery. The position requires a bachelor's degree, Excel and project and program management experience, supply chain experience, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
